I have been a speech therapist for more than 12 years with clinical experience across the continuum of care of rehabilitation including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, and home health. No matter where my career has taken me, my heart has always been in helping people. While working for The Shepherd Center, a rehabilitation hospital specializing in brain injury, I was given the tools to work with clients and families following the most catastrophic, life-changing events and allowed to be an integral part of helping them get back to life.
